The INCP Liaison Bureau is the body accountable to all INCP members. Its role is to respond to information requests, prepare research papers which provide issues for consideration by Ministers at INCP meetings, coordinate the Ministerial Meeting with the host country, plan and initiate the Contact Group Meetings, serve as a secretariat in support of the Chair of the Working Group on Cultural Diversity and Globalization and plan meetings of the WGCD&G as well as represent the INCP in international fora such as UNESCO. The Liaison Bureau is currently housed by Canada following a decision made at the INCP's 2nd annual Ministerial Meeting.
The Liaison Bureau also handles routine administrative matters
for the INCP including; maintaining an accurate list of INCP countries
and their respective cultural ministers and officials, welcoming
new member countries to the INCP, distributing all important INCP
documents to member countries and updating the official INCP web
site.
